History

The church is the result of a merger between Northwest Community Baptist Church, established in 1988, and Rouse Hill Community Baptist Church, established in 2000. The two churches merged in 2019

Both Rouse Hill and Northwest Community Baptist Churches were birthed by Rob and Sue Tanner with Northwest being rebirthed from an earlier church plant by Peter Harvey. With this common ancestry, there were many similarities in practice and belief which gave the eventual merger of the churches great traction. The merger has been a great success and witness to the love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
